Among the most used is the one-man-process, the CrmeBrle Cart. He serves uniquely and warm -flavoured crmebrles, like Mexican Lavender Chocolate and Honey Vanilla.

The Chairman Bao Bun Truck serves gooey steamed (and interestingly, baked) Chinese buns and omelettes. Buff favourites are the Chinese Sausage and Egg Sandwich, as well as the Pork Belly with Pickled Daikon bun with Hoisin.

And in the event you cannot determine which food cart to try out, try them all! A new foodie convention lately started up called Off the Grid -- a group of Road Food markets across the Bay Area. Each marketplace features some live music and at least five sellers.
